Detailed description
In addition to the Park Place Office Campus, the mixed-use project features a six-story office building at 3121 Michelson Drive and extensive restaurants, retailers and speciality shops called The Shops at Park Place. Restautants include Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Houston’s, California Pizza Kitchen and popular retailers inlcude Sport Chalet and Mother’s Market.
Development sites with an estimated total build out of approximately 2 million square feet of additional space for office, retail, residential, hotel and other uses.
